Promity Sp. z o.o. is implementing a project co-financed from the European funds, Sensory Sales Support Platform (PSWS) – innovative solution of new generation for retailers to track and analyze in-store customer satisfaction.

PSWS will be used by retail operators for automated observation of customer traits, emotions and behaviors, and will provide appropriate analytical tools and the possibility of integration with external IT systems supporting loyalty programs and sales on e-commerce platforms.
